Exchanges:

• Timeframe: You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your shipment to initiate an exchange.
• Eligibility: Exchanges are only applicable for items that are in new, unused condition, with the original tags still attached. We encourage you to inspect the product thoroughly before removing any tags or labels.
